1.Core Breathing

Did you know you breathe over 20,000 times a day? How you breathe dictates how you move, feel, and perform. Dysfunctional breathing patterns lead to poor posture and movement. Whereas, proper breathing mechanics improve it. And no, belly breathing isn’t the answer. Rather, you want to breathe into the whole core, not just the belly.

2. Core Alignment

Faulty alignment weakens the core and increases the risk of injury. There should be a natural arch in the lower back and slight rounding of the upper back. The ear, shoulder, rib cage, hip, knee, and ankle should be stacked on top of one other like pancakes. When the body is stacked and in alignment, the deep core musculature can do its job and stabilize the trunk. Unfortunately, the majority of people are out of alignment and lack the ability to maintain good posture. And no, stretching isn’t the answer.

3. Core Strength

The core is more than just a six-pack. It is responsible for breathing, dancing, running, and overall health. Without a strong core, you will not be able to do the things you love. Could you imagine a life without dancing or running?

4. Nutrition

The body has certain nutritional needs to function properly. A diet high in fruits and vegetables gives the body the nutrients it needs to thrive. But how much is enough? The TAG protocol will teach you how to get the recommended amount each day.

5. Sleep

Muscle growth and fat loss don’t happen in the gym. They happen in the bedroom. Without adequate sleep, the mind and the body will atrophy. You will age faster and recover slower.
