In my eight-year experience as a personal trainer, the question, "Should I eat before bed?" is asked most frequently. People have the belief that eating past a certain time will pack on the freshman-15 all over again. The idea is that since you are inactive while sleeping most of those calories would be converted to fat and therefore cause weight gain.
